Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
StructionWise is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
2. Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
StructionWise is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are working through a remediation plan to address known gaps.
3. Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas under active improvement: some interactive controls on the dashboard do not yet meet the recommended 44px touch target size; focus indicators are not yet consistently applied across all interactive elements; some report and marketing layouts may not yet provide full keyboard navigation in all views; and alternative text and semantic markup are being reviewed across photo and icon elements. This list is not exhaustive — we update it as issues are identified and resolved.
4. Assessment approach
StructionWise assesses accessibility through a combination of self-evaluation, automated scanning, and manual testing. We prioritize fixes that affect core workflows: creating and submitting field reports, reviewing constraints, and distributing stakeholder updates.
5. Feedback and assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of StructionWise. If you encounter accessibility barriers or need content in an alternative format, please contact us through the contact form. Include the page URL and a description of the issue so we can respond promptly.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and to provide a resolution or workaround as quickly as possible.
6. Technical specifications
Accessibility of StructionWise relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where applicable. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
7. Compatibility
StructionWise is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and assistive technologies including screen readers. Older browsers or assistive technology combinations may experience reduced functionality.
8. Date of statement
This statement was created on 2026-07-08 and will be updated as our accessibility improvements progress.
