Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (name, work email, company), project data you enter into StructionWise (field input, photos, constraints), and operational telemetry (page views, errors, feature usage) to keep the service running.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service, distribute reports to the stakeholders you specify, send product and account email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sub-processors

We use Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (opt-in cleanup), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider processes data on our instruction.

4. Data retention

Project data is retained for the life of your subscription and exported on cancellation per the Terms of Service. Telemetry is retained for 13 months in rolling windows.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security policies enforce organization isolation at the database layer on every table.

6. Your rights

You can request a data export or deletion at any time by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.
