1. Agreement

By creating a StructionWise account or accessing reports delivered through our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. Service description

StructionWise provides a weekly stakeholder reporting tool for commercial construction project teams. The service includes structured field input, an open-constraints log, report assembly, and magic-link distribution to external stakeholders.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StructionWise to send unsolicited communications, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and ownership

You own your data. We process data on your behalf to deliver the service. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect data are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to existing reports through the end of your billing period. We will provide a data export on request.

7. Limitation of liability

StructionWise is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
